The FBI today has begun an investigation into the controversial conservative group known as the Tea Party. Steve Eichler J.D, the current C.E.O. of the party has been tracked on Twitter using aliases to use funding from donations to finance “high end parties”, which includes gay prostitutes and lavish hotel rooms. The investigation has been ongoing for the last thirteen months and surveillance video has been examined by the Department of Justice. One spokesperson was quoted as saying, “the amount of footage is incredible and may be released to the media soon.
Republican Senator John McCain, when asked, was quoted as saying, “if this is halfway true, we have all been misled and may have to rethink our [Republican Party]’s overall ideas on abortion, gay marriage, even minimum wage and climate change.” The senator has yet to announce that he may be running in 2016. As of this date, there has been no reply either on Facebook or through email to the charges. Another Republican Senator, who wishes to remain anonymous because of his earlier dealings with the Tea Party was quoted as saying that he oversaw some of the stories being written for the Facebook page an offered advice on using “key words” to cause the average Tea Party supporter to like and share posts. He even went so far as to say that he had speech writers come up with false stories to lead the reader on. If this holds true than there may be fraud charges involved also.
